Spinach With Onions
Ingredients
2 pounds fresh spinach
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 C. onion
1 dash nutmeg, thyme, salt
1 dash fresh ground pepper
Cooking Instructions
Rinse spinach thoroughly. Place in top of double boiler and heat until wilted. Drain and chop coarsely. Melt margarine in skillet; add onion. Sauté over high heat until onion is brown on the edges. Add seasoning. Stir to blend.
