Ingredients

1 package Frozen spinach
1 small Yellow squash, diced
1/2 small Onion, minced
2 Carrots, diced
4 Cloves garlic, minced
6 oz. Can v8
1/2 C. Navy beans
4 C. Water
1 tsp. Salt

Cooking Instructions

Cook on high for 6-8 hours.
