Spinach Salad
Ingredients
5 C. (6 oz.) fresh spinach
8 leaves red-tip leaf lettuce
1/2 C. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 Tbsp. sliced almonds
1 hard cooked egg, chopped coarsely
Cooking Instructions
Line bowl with lettuce. Combine other items. Sprinkle vegetarian bacon bits in center of salad and egg around outer edge. Scatter croutons and sprinkle 1 tablespoon grated Romano cheese on top. Pour red wine vinegar over or other salad dressing.
