Spicy Tomato Cocktail
Ingredients
1 cucumber
6 C. tomato juice, canned
3 green onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 dash Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
Cooking Instructions
Peel and grate the cucumber. Add to the tomato juice with the remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours, or overnight. Strain before serving.
