Spicy Hummus
Ingredients
5 oz. canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed, reserve 1 tsp. liquid
1 tsp. sesame tahini
1 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. coriander
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
white pepper
3/4 tsp. parsley, minced
Cooking Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Use 1 tsp. bean juice to moisten, if necessary. Process until smooth.
