Spicy Grilled Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients
1/4 C. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 ounce tea ground cumin
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika
5 cloves garlic sliced
2 Tbsp. parsley chopped
1 pork tenderloin
Cooking Instructions
Combine all but pork in a plastic bag. Fold under thin ends of pork to make an even thickness. Tie ends with kitchen string. Add pork to bag. Push all the air out, seal, and refrigerate for 1 hour. Grill: Grill pork covered for 10 minutes. Turn over half way through and baste with marinade. Let stand 5 minutes. Broil: Broil 12 minutes, turning over half way through and baste with marinade. Thinly slice crosswise.
