Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 C. light brown sugar
1/4 C. dark brown sugar
1/2 C. eggs; beaten
1/2 C. flour
1/8 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
2 small apples; peeled, cored sliced

Cooking Instructions

Cream butter, sugars and eggs. Mix in rest of ingredients and mix well. Spoon into greased pie tin. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until cake starts to shrink from the side of pan.
