Ingredients

1 C. plus 1 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
3 C. bread flour
1/3 C. cut up dried apples
2 Tbsp. dry milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. apple pie spice
2 tsp. yeast
1 pound loaf
2/3 C. water
1 Tbsp. margarine or butter, softened
2 C. flour
1/4 C. cut up dried apples
1 Tbsp. dried milk
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. apple pie spice
1 1/2 tsp. yeast

Cooking Instructions

Sweet or Basic/white cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color. Serve with Honey-Peanut Butter Spread Mix 1 3-ounce package of cream cheese, softened and 2 Tbls. milk until blended. Stir in 1/4 C. crunchy peanut butter and 1 Tbls. honey. Cover and refrigerate any remaining spread.
