Ingredients

1/2 C. butter
1-1/2 C. sugar
1 C. sour milk
3 eggs
2-1/2 C. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 Tbsp. molasses
1 C. nuts

Cooking Instructions

Cream together butter and sugar, add eggs and beat well. Add molasses. Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with sour milk. Add nuts. Bake at 350 until done.
