Sourdough Onion Rye Bread
Ingredients
1/2 C. starter
1/3 C. water/milk
1/4 C. diced onion
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. molasses
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. caraway seeds, optional
1 Tbsp. to 2 Tbsp. vital gluten
1/2 C. rye flour
1 1/2 C. bread flour
1 tsp. yeast
Cooking Instructions
Place in bread machine according to custom. Cook on basic, rapid or delayed bake cycle. Light crust setting.
