Sour Cream Spice Cake
Ingredients
1/3 C. margarine
3 Tbsp. granulated brown sugar replacement
2 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 C. flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking powder
1-1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 C. water
1 C. sour cream
1/2 C. raisins
1/4 C. walnuts, chopped
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 13 by 9 baking pan. Cream together margarine and sugar replacement. Add eggs and beat well. Beat in cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. Sift together flour, baking soda powder, and salt. Sift into creamed mixture alternately with water. Stir in sour cream, raisins and nuts. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Allow to cool.
