Sour Cream Blueberry Cake
Ingredients
1 1/2 C. flour
1/2 C. white sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 C. butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
4 C. blueberries
2 C. sour cream
1/2 C. white sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
Cooking Instructions
Blend first four ingredients, then add egg and vanilla. Pat in a 10 inch spring form pan. Place blueberries on top of cake. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over berries. Bake at 375 approximately 60 to 70 minutes, or until edges are lightly brown. Serve with whipped cream.
