Sorority Cakes
Ingredients
4 egg white
1 C. sugar
1 1/2 C. pecans; broken small
1 C. coconut flakes
1 tsp. vanilla
3 C. corn flakes
Cooking Instructions
Beat eggs stiff, then add the sugar and coconut. Add vanilla and pecans, and corn flakes. Mould into small cakes and cook in a slow oven 1-1/2 hours.
