Soft And Moist Nut Bread
Ingredients
wet mixture
1/4 C. water
3/4 C. cottage cheese
3/4 C. sour cream
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil (or butter)
dry mixture
2 tsp. yeast
1/2 C. flour, whole wheat
2 1/2 C. flour, bread
1/3 C. oats
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 C. chopped walnuts
Cooking Instructions
Put wet mixture in Microwave and nuke for 2 minutes. Or warm on stove till luke warm. Dump dry mixture into the bread machine. Add the warm stuff and press GO. Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set “baking control” at 10 o’clock. Select “white bread” and push Start.
