Snow Peas And Water Chestnuts
Ingredients
2 C. fresh snow peas
8 oz. canned water chestnuts, sliced
2 tsp. walnut oil
1 dash sesame oil
salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions
Trim ends and strings off snow peas. Rinse and drain water chestnut. Dry on paper towel. In a large nonstick skillet or wok, heat walnut oil and sesame oil. Add snow peas; stir fry about 2 minutes. Add water chestnuts; stir fry 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
