Snappy Bean Bake
Ingredients
3 ounce broccoli flowerets; in bite size pieces
3 ounce snap beans; cut into bite size pieces
3 ounce tofu; cut into 1/2 inch cubes
3 ounce lima beans; cooked
1 1/2 ounce brazil nuts; chopped
2 Tbsp. soy oil
1 tsp. mustard
2 tsp. fresh chives; minced
1 tsp. fresh parsley; chopped
1/2 tsp. tarragon
1/2 tsp. salt
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 4 x 8 baking pan with soy oil. Combine all ingredients and bake for 20 minutes with a cover.
