Ingredients

3 lbs. sirloin tip roast cut in 1 1/2 inch cubes
1 med. green pepper
12 med. fresh white mushrooms
Salt, fresh cracked black pepper to taste
1 1/2 C. Sweet Baby Ray’s Marinade
12 cherry tomatoes
1 med. red pepper
1/2 onion cut in 2 inch squares
6 skewers

Cooking Instructions

Marinate meat at least 2 hours in Sweet Baby Ray’s Marinade. Wash and cut all vegetables and thread onto skewers, including meat. Cook 12- 15 minutes directly over coals, turning as needed. Apply additional Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce during the last five minutes.
