Simple Fish In Foil
Ingredients
1 lb. frozen fish fillets
1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 slices onion
2 med. potatoes, cut into 1/4 inch
strips
2 med. carrots, cut into 1/8 inch
slices
1 C. frozen Italian green beans
Cooking Instructions
1. Place each frozen fish fillet in the center of an individual piece of foil, 12×13 inches. 2. Combine dill and lemon juice. Drizzle over fillets. 3. Top with onion slices. Arrange potatoes and carrots on sides of fillets. Top with green beans. Bake in preheated oven 375 degrees – check after 40 minutes. A delicious and simple solution for those fish fillets (flounder, sole, haddock, grouper, orange roughy) in the freezer!
