Simple Chicken Italiano
Ingredients
3/4 lb. thin strips chicken breast
3/4 C. reduced calorie italian dressing
1 pack green giant american mixtures california style frozen vegetables (16 oz.)
hot cooked pasta
grated parmesan cheese (optional)
Cooking Instructions
In large skillet, combine chicken and about 1/3 of the Italian dressing. Saute until chicken begins to brown. Add vegetables and remaining dressing. Cover; simmer for 7-9 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Serve over pasta; sprinkle with cheese.
