Sherry Turkey Tetrazzini
Ingredients
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. ground turkey
1 can mixed vegetables (16-oz. can)
1 can cream of mushroom soup (10-1/4 oz. can)
1 can cream of chicken soup (10-3/4-oz. can)
6 servings of cooked spaghetti or pasta
1 C. milk
1 C. sliced mushrooms
1/4 C. sherry wine
1 C. parmesan cheese
Cooking Instructions
Heat oil and cook turkey. Drain Mixed Vegetables; reserve liquid and combine with soups, milk and wine. Add soup mixture to spaghetti and with turkey, vegetables, mushrooms and 3/4 C. parmesan cheese. Sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
