Semolina Bread
Ingredients
1/2 tsp. yeast
2 C. flour, bread
1 C. flour, semolina
1/2 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 C. milk, powdered
water
1 egg
Cooking Instructions
Add enough water to dry milk to make 1 C. liquid. Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set “baking control” at 10 o’clock. Select “white bread” and push Start.
