Tims Secret Chowder
Ingredients
3 lbs. fish (pike) fillet
8 med. potatoes
4 lg. carrots
3 onions
3 C. milk
1/4 tsp. Old Bay
2 cloves garlic
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom
8 oz. can tomato sauce
2 C. water
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. paprika
3 celery stalks
Cooking Instructions
Combine ingredients in large kettle. Cook over low heat for 2 hours or until vegetables are tender. Serves 12.
