Shellfish Pie
Ingredients
1 packet pastry
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. butter
Mixed shellfish of choice
3 eggs, plus an extra yolk
1/2 C. cream
Salt and pepper
Seasoning
Cooking Instructions
Roll out pastry and line a flan dish. Saute onion in butter until soft. Whisk eggs, egg yolk, cream, salt and pepper together. Add to onion. Place seafood in pie case, and gently pour over egg mixture. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until mixture is firm and lightly browned. Serves 4.
