Seafood Chalupas
Ingredients
1 C. leftover or fresh cooked fish,
crab meat or shrimp
4 crisp flat tortillas
1 (8 oz.) can refried beans
2 C. lettuce, shredded
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 C. cheese, grated
Picante sauce
Avocado
Cooking Instructions
To crispen tortillas, bake at 350 degrees for 3 minutes. Spread beans on each tortilla. Then layer with seafood, lettuce, tomato and cheese. Pass the hot sauce and sliced avocado. Makes 2 servings of 2 chalupas each. Munsie, Indiana
