Salmon Loaf 1
Ingredients
1 can pink salmon (and juice to make 3/4 cup)
1 1/2 C. cracker crumbs
1/2 C. diced celery
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Cooking Instructions
Mix this all together and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Top with the following sauce: 1/2 C. milk 2 boiled eggs, chopped Heat this together and serve over the salmon loaf.
