Sauteed Watercress
Ingredients
5 bunches fresh watercress
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 dash cayenne pepper
Cooking Instructions
Cut any coarse stems off the watercress. Wash the watercress leaves and thoroughly dry them. Heat the oil in a skillet over high heat. Add the onion and sauté for 1 minute. Add the watercress and stir fry, stirring constantly, for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the cayenne pepper, and serve.
