Sauteed Salmon Steaks
Ingredients
2 salmon steaks, fresh or frozen
1 Tbsp. oil
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Dash garlic powder
4 slices fresh lemon (optional)
Cooking Instructions
Thaw salmon if necessary. Heat oil in medium skillet; add salmon steaks. Combine butter, soy sauce, and garlic powder; baste salmon steaks. Cook until browned on one side, about 5 minutes. Turn, baste, place lemon slices atop steaks and cook until salmon flakes easily when tested with fork. Makes 2 servings.
