Sauteed Fish Fillet
Ingredients
Fish fillets (red, trout, flounder)
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions
Coat lightly with flour, shake off excess. Coat lightly with mayonnaise, and place in hot skillet. Fry to desired doneness. Coat other side with mayonnaise and repeat process.
