Sausage And Sauerkraut
Ingredients
6 small red potatoes with peel quartered
8 baby carrots cut 1/4 inch slices
1 medium onion cut thin wedges
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. spicy brown mustard
1 tsp. caraway seed
1 can sauerkraut-15 oz.
1 pound cooked turkey kielbasa cut 1 inch slices
Cooking Instructions
In 3 1/2 or 4 quart crock pot, combine potatoes, carrots and onion. In medium bowl, combine sugar, mustard and caraway seed, mix well. Stir in sauerkraut and kielbasa. Spoon sauerkraut mixture over vegetables in cooker. Cover, cook on low for at least 8 hours or until vegetables are tender.
