Sausage Rolls
Ingredients
cottage cheese and oil
pastry (3)
1/2 egg white
12 sausages, about 6 inches long
Cooking Instructions
Roll out the pastry 1/8 in thick; with a pastry wheel cut out 12 rectangles of 6 x 4 in and brush the edges with egg white. roll up a sausage in each piece of pastry and lay on a greased baking sheet. brush with milk. Pre-heat for 5 minutes at very hot, bake at moderately hot.
