Sausage Biscuits
Ingredients
1/2 pound sausage, cooked and drained
1 1/2 C. bisquick
4 ounce(s) grated cheddar cheese(about 1 C.)
1 large egg
2 Tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
Cooking Instructions
Mix together Bisquick and cheese, then add sausage. Mix liquids, then add to solid mixture. Shape into small balls, flatten slightly. Bake at 350 degrees 20 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.
