Sauce Piquante
Ingredients
Chicken, rabbit, deer, etC.
1 C. celery
1 C. bell pepper
2 C. onions
2 cans Dawn Fresh Mushroom Steak Sauce
1 can Ro-tel tomatoes
Cooking Instructions
Wash meat; pat dry. Season with Tony’s Seasoning. Brown on both sides in hot oil. Remove meat from skillet and excess oil (if any). Add chopped vegetables and saute the more vegetables, the thicker the sauce. Add 2 cans mushroom steak sauce and 1 can Ro-tel tomatoes. Re-add meat and simmer 1 hour. Serve over rice.
