Sarahs Pioneer Breakfast
Ingredients
2 lg. cans flaky biscuits
1 roll turkey sausage
Cheddar cheese or white cheese, grated
1/2 onion, chopped
1 C. sliced mushrooms
1/2 to 3/4 C. bell pepper, chopped
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Cook sausage in skillet. When it is almost done, add onion, mushrooms and bell peppers and cook until done. Then set aside. Flake 1 can of biscuits apart and line a greased 9×13 glass baking dish. Layer meat mixture, then grated cheese. Top with 2nd can of biscuits that have been flaked apart. Bake until brown.
