Salmon Dip
Ingredients
7-3/4 oz. canned salmon
2 Tbsp. minced green onions
1/4 C. plain low fat yogurt
1/4 C. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
Cooking Instructions
Drain and flake the salmon. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve with raw vegetable dippers, such as zucchini, carrots, pea pods, cherry tomatoes, cauliflowerets, or broccoli florets.
