Salmon Ball 2
Ingredients
1 (7 3/4 oz.) can red salmon, drained
and flaked
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
Snipped parsley
Cooking Instructions
Combine all ingredients except parsley. Chill thoroughly. Shape into ball and roll in parsley. Serve with assorted crackers.
