Ingredients
1/4 C. milk
1/2 C. water
7 Tbsp. butter; or margarine
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 C. sugar
3 C. bread flour
1 tsp. yeast
medium loaf
2 1/2 Tbsp. milk
1/3 C. water
4 1/2 Tbsp. margarine/butter

2 C. bread flour
3/4 tsp. yeast
small loaf
2 Tbsp. milk
1/4 C. water
3 1/2 Tbsp. margarine/butter
1 1/2 eggs
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 C. bread flour
1/2 tsp. yeast
Cooking Instructions
This is a very high rising load. Use less yeast than normal and do not decrease the salt amount. Place all ingredients in bread pan, select a light crust setting, and press “start”. After the baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack, and allow to cool 1 hour before slicing.
