Shrimp And Rice Salad
Ingredients
1 pound shrimp, cooked, peeled, and de-veined
2 C. rice, cooked
1/4 C. celery, thinly sliced
1/4 C. olives, stuffed, sliced
1/4 C. green pepper, chopped
1/4 C. pimiento, chopped
1/4 C. onion, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. mayonnais
Cooking Instructions
Combine first 10 ingredients; toss lightly. Chill thoroughly. Serve on lettuce. Garnish with tomato wedges and celery leaves. Serve with French dressing.
