Mushroom Starter Salads
Ingredients
1 Tbsp. mustard powder
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1-1/2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
1-1/2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped finely
1-1/2 Tbsp. chives, chopped
1 tsp. castor sugar
12 oz. mushrooms, thinly sliced
Cooking Instructions
Whisk together mustard, oil, vinegar, parsley, chives and sugar. Add mushrooms and toss. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. Spoon into dishes and serve.
