Dilly Potato Salad
Ingredients
6 medium red potatoes, about 1 lb.
1 hard cooked egg, chopped
black pepper, to taste
1/2 tsp. dried dill, or 1-1/2 tsp. fresh dill, chopped
1/2 C. reduced calorie sour cream
1/4 C. nonfat yogurt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Cooking Instructions
Quarter potatoes, leaving skin on. Boil until soft. Cool potatoes and cut into bite-sized chunks. Toss with remaining ingredients. Chill.
