Saffron Rice
Ingredients
2 C. long-grain converted rice uncooked
4 1/2 C. water
1/4 C. butter melted
3/4 tsp. saffron threads
2 tsp. salt
Cooking Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a crock pot and stir well. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours.
