Ingredients

1/4 C. water
2 Tbsp. applesauce
2 tsp. orange peel, grated
2 Tbsp. molasses, blackstrap
1 C. beer, light
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. wheat germ, crude
2 1/2 C. all-purpose flour
1 C. rye flour, medium
1 package yeast

Cooking Instructions

Add all ingredients into the pan in the order listed, select white bread and push “Start.”
