Round Steak Casserole
Ingredients
2 pounds round steak, 1/2 inch thickness
Garlic salt to taste
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 onion thinly sliced
1 can green beans drained
1 can tomato soup-10 oz.
4 medium potatoes to 5 peeled, quartered
1 can whole peeled tomatoes-16 oz.
Cooking Instructions
Season round steak lightly with garlic salt, salt, and pepper, cut into serving pieces and place in crock pot. Add potatoes, sliced onions separate into rings, and green beans. Top with tomato soup and tomatoes. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, or high for 4 to 6 hours. Remove cover last 1/2 hour to reduce liquid, if desired turn to high.
