Ritas Super Breakfast Sandwich
Ingredients
4 slices whole wheat bread
Peanut butter
Honey
Salt (dash)
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. milk
1 banana (sliced)
Cinnamon (dash)
Cooking Instructions
Yield 2 servings. Mix together peanut butter and honey. Spread on bread. Slice banana and place on top of peanut butter mixture. Put sandwich together Combine beaten egg, milk, salt, and cinnamon. Dip sandwich as you would French toast. Brown in lightly buttered skillet.
