Wild Rice 1
Ingredients
1 C. wild rice, soak overnight
2 lbs. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
2 med. green peppers
1 can chicken rice soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
Cooking Instructions
Fry hamburger with onion and green pepper. Add soups and mushrooms to wild rice and hamburger mixture, put enough water to cover. Bake in a covered dish at 300 degrees for 2 hours.
