Ingredients

CAKE:
1/2 C. margarine
3/4 C. sugar
1 egg
1 C. orange juice
2 C. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
TOPPING:
1/2 C. brown sugar, packed
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 C. chopped nuts

Cooking Instructions

Combine Topping well. Cake: Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy; add egg and beat well. Add dry ingredients (combine well) alternately with orange juice. Put batter into greased 9 inch square pan. Add topping mix over batter. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Serve warm.
