Ribbon Mold
Ingredients
2 packages (4-serving size each), or 1 package (8-serving size) Jell-O Brand Strawberry
Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin
5 C. boiling water, divided
2/3 C. plain yogurt, low fat, divided
2 packages (4-serving size each), or 1 package (8-serving size) Jell-O Brand Lime Flavor

Cooking Instructions
Completely dissolve strawberry flavor gelatin in 2-1/2 C. of boiling water. Pour 1-1/2 C. of dissolved gelatin into a 6-C. ring mold, which has been lightly sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Chill until set but not firm, about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, chill remaining gelatin in bowl until slightly thickened. Gradually blend in 1/3 C. of yogurt. Spoon over gelatin in mold. Chill until set, but not firm, about 15 minutes. Repeat process with lime flavor gelatin, the remaining 2-1/2 C. boiling water, and remaining 1/3 C. yogurt. Chill 1-1/2 C. dissolved lime flavor gelatin until thoroughly cooled before pouring into mold. (Warm gelatin mixture could soften the layer beneath and cause mixtures to run together.) Chill until set, about 2 hours. Unmold.
