Red Beet Salad
Ingredients
16 oz. canned beets, reserve juice, cut in julienne slices
1/4 tsp. caraway seeds
1 tsp. horseradish, red (mild), or white (strong)
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. sugar
Cooking Instructions
Combine all ingredients mix lightly. Cover and chill for 2 hours. Drain off liquid before serving.
