Raw Apple Cake
Ingredients
2 C. sugar
1 1/2 C. oil; cooking
3 eggs
3 C. flour; all-purpose
1 tsp. cinnamon; ground
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 C. coconut; flaked
1 C. dates; chopped
3 C. apples; raw; chopped
1 C. pecans; chopped
Cooking Instructions
Cream together sugar and cooking oil. Add eggs and beat well. Combine flour, cinnamon, salt, and soda; gradually add to egg mixture. Add vanilla, coconut, dates, apples, and nuts. Batter will be thick. Pour batter into a greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until done.
