Ingredients

1/4 C. ricotta cheese
1 medium egg
1/4 C. flat beer; see note
1 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil; or garlic oil
1/3 C. fresh scallions; both white parts, chopped
1 C. bread flour; plus 2 Tbsp. bread flour
1/3 C. whole-wheat flour
1/4 C. cornmeal
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 ounce dry ranch dressing
2 Tbsp. powdered buttermilk
2 tsp. yeast

Cooking Instructions

Place all the ingredients in the machine, program for Standard, or Bread, and Dark, and press Start.
