Ingredients

1 1/8 C. buttermilk
5 Tbsp. butter
1 large egg
3 Tbsp. date sugar or white sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3 C. bread flour
1 1/2 tsp. lecithin
1 1/2 tsp. dough enhancer
1 package yeast
add after beep
1 C. raisins
2 tsp. cinnamon

Cooking Instructions

Put all ingredients in according to specifications of bread maker. Set on light setting, raisin bread and start. After the second knead starts, shut off and restart if desired. After the beep, during the second knead (the 2nd time) add raisins that are dusted with cinnamon to dough.
